Needle-Tek, warrants the the orginal purchaser of this Silver Reed Knitting Machine that this machine will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three(30 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only if the machine is used for non-industrial purposes. If the machine should become defective within specified warranty period, Needle-Tek will replace any part(s) that appear, to its satisfaction, to have been defective in material or workmanship. Purchaser shall bear any transportaion, removal, or installation charges in connection with the inspection, repair or replacement of defective parts. The limited warranty obtained herein is the purchaser's exclusive remedy. To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must deliver the machine or the defective part(s) to Needle-Tek 24917 NE Rawson Rd, Brush Prairie, Washington, 98606. Shipping expenses are the purchaser's responsibility. A copy of the original sales receipt verifying proof of purchase must be submitted with the machine. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by: (1) modification, alteration, repair, or service of this machine by anyone other than the manufacturer: (2) physical abuse to, or misuse of, the machine or operation thereof in a manner contrary to the accompaning instructions: (3) any use of the machine other than that for which it was intended: or (4) shipment of the machine to Needle-Tek, for service. This warranty and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with its subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the State of Washington. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Washington have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Warranty, and venue for any such action shall be in Circuit Court of Clark County. THE WARRANTY PRINTED ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT: THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF EQUIPMENT, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, COSTS OF RENTING REPLACEMENTS, AND OTHER ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, EVEN IF KNITCRAFT INC., HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES THE PRICE STATED FOR THE MACHINE IS CONSIDERATION IN LIMITING Needle-Tek LIABILITY. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES AS A RESULT OF PURCHASER'S NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER DEEMED ACTIVE OR PASSIVE, AND WHETHER OR NOT ANY SUCH NEGLIGENCE IS THE SOLE CAUSE OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE, LOSS OR EXPENSE.
